For a long while gamers waited for a new Wii Sports game. Sports Resort 2 set on Wuhu Island was just the game sports fans had hoped for. In fact sports games and Wii consoles have proven such a buzz for Nintendo, they are releasing a new Bundle of Wii console packages, including the usual hardware (Remote, Nunchuk, Console) the new bundle includes Wii Sports, Resort and MotionPlus.

USA and Asia had console price drops, but in the UK many retailers will only stock the new Wii Bundle at a similar, albeit cheaper price, with now 2 sports games £179.99.

Critics of Wii Sports will be the first to shout out “Nintendo might as well give them away free”, bickering about the Wii hardware specification is on par to the Game Cube and the remote motion controller had to be redesigned and re-released as an upgraded MotionPlus to work well enough, will certainly not want to remark about the number of free value added bonuses you get by choosing a Nintendo Wii instead of Xbox or PS3.

Could the Wii console be offering too much or do other consoles not have enough?
